Our standard shipping fee is $5.99 per order to a destination we serve, as described in our Shipping Policy. Any applicable shipping charge and taxes collected at checkout will be displayed before you submit your order. International import charges may apply where they are not collected at checkout.

Payment methods available for your order will appear during checkout. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email service@tevqilo.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send us your full payment card number or security code.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take up to 5 business days during peak periods. Estimated transit times vary by destination and begin after dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates. We will provide tracking information when it becomes available. If we cannot dispatch an order within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an update and explain your options.

We do not treat a package as resolved solely because a carrier marks it “delivered.” If a shipment is missing, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution under our Shipping Policy.
